Jason Worf | Director

Jason Worf has spent over 15 years in outreach evangelism, and since college, training and motivating people for personal evangelism has been his passion. He has served as associate director of SOULS-West, director of Literature Ministries for Southern and Southeastern California conferences, and publishing director for Amazing Facts before coming to the North Pacific Union Conference. Along with administrative responsibilities, Jason teaches on topics such as Christian education, the Gospel, Christian relationships, principles of outreach evangelism, and others. Jason enjoys mountain biking, photography, working with wood, and spending time with his wife, Joelle and children, Adelyn and Maxwell.


Joelle Worf | Teacher

Joelle started working in personal evangelism as a teenager in Michigan. She graduated from SOULS West with a certificate in outreach evangelism leadership and then from Southwestern Adventist University with a degree in English and secondary education. Joelle assists in teaching classes in speech and communication as well as Marriage and the Family. In her spare time Joelle enjoys reading, editing books, and spending time with her children, Adelyn and Maxwell.


Vincent Onkoba | Associate Director

Vince became excited about sharing his faith during his senior year in academy. He graduated from SOULS West and has since served as literature ministries director of Arizona conference, campus ministries leader for Arizona State University, SOULS-West instructor and GLOW leader for the Central California Conference before coming to SOULS Northwest. Besides his administrative responsibilities Vince teaches classes on biblical doctrines, prophetic studies, apologetics, personal finance and others. In his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking, and playing the guitar.


Carsten Moutray | Literature Ministries Manager, Teacher

Carsten has a passion for mission work, both in the US and abroad. He’s done several short-term mission trips as well as served as a long-term missionary in Mexico. He’s fluent in English, Norwegian, and Spanish. Carsten is a graduate of Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism and SOULS West. Before coming to SOULS Northwest Carsten worked as a CROSS Trainer for Central California Conference. Carsten heads all our literature evangelism efforts and teaches classes on leadership and principles of education.


Mike Morauske | Men's Dean, Teacher

Mike graduated from Walla Walla University with a degree in aviation, but found the Lord pushing him in the direction of personal ministry. He spent two years at Gem State Academy as the assistant men's dean, and before coming to SOULS Northwest led Youth ministries at the Modesto Central church in California. Besides his passion for ministry, Mike enjoys most any outdoor activity along with photography and videography.


Alyssa Morauske | Cook, Teacher

Alyssa has been involved in personal evangelism since she was a teenager. She graduated from SOULS West and worked for several years as a Bible Worker and then CROSS Trainer for the Modesto Central church in California. Alyssa is an excellent mentor and an incredible cook. In her free time Alyssa likes to be creative with food, crafts, music. She especially enjoys hearing or reading testimonies of how God has worked in people's lives.


Christine Carter | Administrative Assistant, Teacher

Christine began her personal walk with God after her junior year in high school when she began to realized the truth about God’s character. After graduating from SOULS West Christine served as a Bible worker in Southern California before coming to SOULS Northwest. Along with her office duties Christine teaches Salvation and Speech Communication. In her personal time she enjoys reading, journaling, running, hiking, and spending time in nature.


Daphne Alverado | Women's Dean, Teacher

Daphne gave herself to the Lord while she was attending the University of Southern Indiana and went all-in for God. She is a graduate of Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism, SOULS West and Weimar's medical missionary program. Daphne has been a Bible worker in Hawaii and Central California Conferences. She is passionate about developing and mentoring young adults, and enjoys music and art in her free time.
